Just last week I was trying to purchase online tickets to a concert. I was moments away from having the digital tickets in my metaphorical hands when I was stopped by a blurry and confusing captcha. A captchas, or "the most frustrating combinations of letters and numbers known to man" is the little box of text that you're asked to type out to confirm you are indeed a human. As wonderful as a captcha is for determining whether an internet user is actually human or not, it can truthfully be quite annoying.

Why do I get so annoyed by captchas? Most likely because I know that I'm not a robot, but yet it takes me three or four tries to convince my own computer that I'm not a robot. Trying to decipher a random, warped, set of letters and numbers is the last thing I want to be doing when I'm in the middle of an important task, and I know I'm not alone.

That's why I'm happy to unveil Magnus Health's new user login process! As of today, if you forget your username or password, you no longer have to answer a difficult captcha in order to retrieve it. Instead, all you have to do is check off a box that says you're not a robot (which I'm trusting you aren't...). Read on for more details, plus learn about the other updates we made to the SMR user login page.

New login page interface

Not only did we update the SMR captcha, but we also improved the entire SMR user login process, including the login page and username and password retrieval. Let's just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the new login page, shall we?

I may be biased, but the new login screen makes my heart sing. It's responsive to the size of your computer monitor, and it even has a bit of personality.

Username and password retrieval

We know that it's downright impossible to remember all the username and passwords for each of your fifteen online accounts. From email accounts, to online banking, to your favorite online stores, we all struggle to keep login information straight.

So when the inevitable happens and you forget your SMR username and password, it's now easier than ever to retrieve the information you need. All you'll need to do is follow the online prompts, provide the email address that your SMR account is linked to, and... voila! You'll be logging in sooner than you could ever call us for help.

Updated Captcha

As I've already unveiled, the captcha is now much easier to go through. Instead of spending your time deciphering a captcha full of distorted numbers and letters, all you'll need to do is check a box that verifies you're not a robot.

captchaTo see these updates take effect, all you need to do is visit the SMR user login page!
