Danielle TIntroducing our latest Employee of the Quarter, Danielle T.! Here at Magnus, we like to recognize employees that demonstrate all of our company’s core values, and Danielle is a fantastic example of that! She displays positive energy, teamwork, and she focuses on what matters.

Danielle joined Magnus last summer, working in the Records department where she learned the in’s and out’s of the Magnus software. She currently works on the Sales team, assisting with Salesforce database updates and lead generation. Read on to find out more about Danielle!

First, tell us how long you've been working at Magnus:
I have been working at Magnus for 1 year!

What is your role at Magnus? Were you in a different role previously?
I work in the Sales Department as the SDR Database Administrator, and I used to work in the Records Department as a Records Specialist prior to my current role.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?
My favorite aspect of my job is being able to assist our SDR's by prepping accounts so they can feel confident that the information entered into each account is accurate and up-to-date.

What do you enjoy most about working at Magnus?
I enjoy my co-workers the most, everyone at Magnus is so nice, caring, and helpful. Magnus is definitely my home away from home!

What three words describe you?
Creative, caring, and shy.

Before Magnus, what was the most unusual/interesting job you've ever had?
When I was in college, I worked as a Microbiology Lab Assistant, where I sterilized equipment, assisted with lectures, and made nutrient plates to grow many different types of bacteria. It was definitely the most interesting job I have ever had!

What's one thing you couldn't live without?
I actually have 6 things I couldn't live without...my cats! They are my best friends and I couldn't imagine my life without them.

Favorite activities on your days off?
During my days off, I love playing tennis and watching true crime shows!

What other hobbies do you have?
Some of my other hobbies include painting, drawing, crocheting, and playing video games.

What is one thing that's on your bucket list?
I would LOVE to visit the Bahamas or Hawaii.

What is the best vacation you've ever been on?
One summer, I spent a week in the NC mountains where I hiked and visited the various museums. It was amazing and I definitely plan on taking another trip soon!

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement so far has been graduating from Barton College where I majored in Cellular Biology. Go Bulldogs!!
